Process
This signed contract, the photograph you wish to have drawn, and a non-refundable deposit equal to half the cost are required before I will begin the sketching process. A PayPal link will be sent to you via email for you to make your payments.
I will contact you once I receive your order and photograph to insure all information is correct before sending you an invoice for deposit. If you have questions at any time please contact me at chad@sketchesbychaderickeith.com or by messaging me from this site or by calling 719-201-1870.
My goal is to provide you with a superlative finished piece of artwork. I strive to complete your order as soon as possible. Timing depends on current workload, framing orders, and shipping, so please ask for an estimated completion time at the time of ordering. A standard size piece of artwork usually takes 2-3 weeks
To help insure your satisfaction of the artwork, I will send you “work in progress” updates as needed or upon your request.
Once the sketch is completed, you will receive an image for your approval via email and a PayPal link for final payment. The agreed upon shipping method costs will be included. Final payment must be received before your order will be shipped.
Tax-Shipping-Delivery-Pick-up
Colorado state tax (2.9%), city and county taxes will be applied when applicable. A
$0.27 Colorado Retail Delivery Fee will be added to orders requiring delivery.
I will provide an estimate for insured shipping once I receive the size and destination requirements.
Average insured shipping rates for framed work:
8 x 10 $95 -11 x 14 $135 -16 x 20 $175
If you live in the Colorado Springs area, a $10 delivery fee will be added for up to 10 miles. After 10 miles, a $.50 per round trip mile will be added.
You may choose to pick up the artwork at my residence in Northwest Colorado Springs

If you send an original photograph, It will be returned but Sketches by Chad Eric Keith and its agents cannot be held responsible for damage. Sending a digital copy via email is suggested. Original photograph may be displayed for advertisement. Sketches by Chad Eric Keith and its agents are not responsible for damages for more than the cost of the final piece.
