Read the contract and fill out the order form.

Send your photo (jpeg or pdf image) as an attachment in an email along with your full name to chad@sketchesbychaderickeith.com. 

 I will confirm all information is correct via email or phone.  At this time we will discuss any special requests,  answer questions and work out any other details. 

You will receive an invoice and link via email to make your deposit with credit or debit card through PayPal.  (You do not need a PayPal account for the transaction). It may take up to 3 days for the transaction to clear.  Once cleared, I will give an estimated completion time and begin to work on your piece as soon as possible. 

To ensure your complete satisfaction of the final piece, I will send updates as needed and upon your request.   ​

Once your sketch is completed, I will send you a proof via email for approval, and discuss your desired shipping method.  I will issue an invoice and link to make your final payment.

After your final payment clears, I will ship your personalized sketch insured and provide you with a tracking number.
